5. Payment Terms

All payments between Clients and Service Providers are facilitated via the platform. Smartsys may charge a service fee as outlined during project initiation.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful behavior.

• Use automated tools to access or disrupt the platform.

• Violate intellectual property rights.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or unlawful activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Smartsys is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
