Refund Policy

At Smartsys, we aim to ensure fair and transparent transactions for both AI professionals and clients.

1. Project-Based Refunds

Refunds are subject to mutual agreement between the client and the AI professional. Smartsys will only process refunds if:

  • The service provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope.

  • The client cancels the project before any work has begun.

2. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreement:

  • Either party can open a dispute within 7 days of project completion or cancellation.

  • Smartsys will review the case and may mediate, but is not legally liable for the outcome.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Platform fees and transaction processing charges are non-refundable unless due to a technical error caused by Smartsys.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
